Do this with your to-do list and change your life

Begin to divide your to-do list into the following three categories:

  1. Things you have to do
  2. Things you want to do
  3. Things other people want you to do

You will notice that you often don’t get to 3). It’s what it means to have boundaries, and if you let it, it will be life-changing.
